Tasting notes:
Clean, bright, garnet-red with violet hues at the meniscus and great depth at the heart.
Intense, complex nose, with outstanding red and ripe fruit and notes of undergrowth perfectly integradted with aromas of vainilla, roasted coffee, dark chocolate and coffee.
The entry in mout is sweet, leading to a voluminous, well-structured wine. Fruit is manifest and complemented by the wood ageing.
Food pairing:
We recommend serve it at 18ºC, with main and fatty dishes, such as cured cheeses, red meats and hunting dishes; with lighter dishes, the wine would predominate in excess.
