Tasting notes:
It is a clean and bright wine, with a yellowwish-green colour.
At nose, it is a clean wine, with high intensity, highlighting its aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, fennel, boxwood and hint of cake.
The entry is pleasant and fresh, offering a great persistence due to its acidity well integrated in the wine. Via retronasal returns exotic fruit aromas.
Food pairing:
We recommend to serve this White Obrada at 10ºC, with starter dishes, fish, seafood, white meat and of course, as an aperitif.
