Great aromatic intensity, highlighting red fruits aromas such as strawberry, raspberry and cherry, accompanied by exotic fruits.
Friendly and savoury upon entry, with a pleasant, well-integrated acidity, , very long in the mouth, due to the contact with its lees, leaving a cherry aftertaste as it appears on nose.
Food pairing:
We recommend to serve it at 10ºC, accompanying salads, soft cheeses, ham dishes, rice dishes and in general as an aperitif.
